Unmatched Power and Capability

The 2020 Mazda CX-5 is the most powerful CX-5 yet. This SUV is available in front-wheel drive and Predictive i-Activ All-Wheel Drive. The Toyota Rav 4 uses the same engine across all of its gas-powered trim levels, only able to produce 203 horsepower and 184 lb.-ft of torque. The Mazda CX5, however, provides a more powerful standard engine for its Grand Touring Reserve and Signature trims. These trims are only available in i-Activ AWD and have a standard turbo engine delivering 250 horsepower and 320 lb.-ft. of torque.

The CX-5 Grand Touring Reserve and Signature trims also offer Off-Road Traction Assist, so even when your adventures take you off the beaten path, you can still maintain traction on uneven terrain. For quicker acceleration, you can throw your CX-5 into Sport Mode using the dynamic Drive Selection, and enjoy a fun drive anywhere you go.

Never a Lack of Features

Mazda takes safety seriously. To make sure you and your loved ones stay safe, the CX-5 comes standard with i-Activsense. While driver assist technology features don’t replace the attention of the driver, they can reduce accidents and diminish the severity of them. With your new CX-5 you’ll be able to utilize features such as Blind Spot Monitoring, Rear Cross-Traffic Alert, and Lane Departure Warning. The Mazda CX-5 also offers the available Active Drive Display. To reduce the amount of times you have to look away from the road, Active Drive Display projects all of your important driving information from your next navigation direction, to blind-spot detection warnings on a transparent screen above the steering wheel. Only Mazda makes sure you’re able to keep your focus on the road.
